In case of outstation trips out of Delhi NCR, we charge minimum 250km per day on an average or actual whichever is more. The car with driver remains at your disposal. You should provide driver sufficient time for his meals during the day and ensure that he is also given enough time for rest in the night so that he is ready for next day duty. The clients do not have to pay for boarding and meals of the driver, but a tip is expected. We can send you car with driver for pick up in any other city and you can also leave the car in other places but the mileage and number of days are calculated from our garage to garage in Delhi. We can also offer all inclusive rates which would be for unlimited mileage based on your itinerary, parking and all applicable taxes for outstation trips if you prefer that.
